Ihre Aufgaben

Speisen- und Getränkeservice im gehobenen à la carte Geschäft
Fachgerechte und professionelle Beratung, Betreuung und Bedienung unserer Gäste
Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen und Festlichkeiten
Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen zu Hygiene und Brandschutz

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Erfahrung im Service, gerne auch Quereinsteiger
Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Kommunikationstalent
Verlässlichkeit
Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und ein souveräner Umgang mit Gästen in stressigen Situationen
Sehr gute Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Englisch von Vorteil

Das im Februar 2023 neu eröffnete St. Oberholz Retreat in Woldzegarten ist ein Rückzugsort, der zugleich Platz zum Arbeiten und zum Entspannen bietet. Zwischen Berlin und Hamburg gelegen, ist das Haus eingebettet in der wunderschönen Landschaft der Mecklenburgischen Seenplatte, umgeben von Wald, Wiesen und einem Badesee in Laufnähe. 18 Hotelzimmer, acht Apartments, zwei Workshopräume, dazu ein Restaurant mit Terrasse, ein Arbeitsbereich mit Highspeed-Internet, ein Spa-Bereich, ein Spielzimmer für die Kinder u.v.m. schaffen einen Rahmen, in dem alle ihren benötigten Platz finden.

Das St. Oberholz Retreat gehört zur Berliner St. Oberholz-Gruppe: Vor 17 Jahren mit einem Coworking-Café im Herzen Berlins gestartet, gehören mittlerweile zahlreiche Cafés und über 15.000 qm Büroräume und Workshopflächen in Berlin und Brandenburg sowie eine Beratungs-Unit zum Portfolio. Noch heute ist St. Oberholz als “Pionier der neuen Arbeit” ein Magnet für Entrepreneure und Start-ups, aber auch für die Nachbarschaft, die sich auf einen guten Kaffee im St. Oberholz Café trifft.

Your mission

Compliance with legal regulations on hygiene and fire protection

Your profile

Completed vocational training or experience in service, career changers also welcome
Quality awareness and communication skills
Reliability
Ability to work in a team, to work under pressure and to deal confidently with guests in stressful situations
Very good manners and a well-groomed appearance
Language skills in Englisch, German basics would be an advantage

About us

Newly opened in February 2023, the St. Oberholz Retreat in Woldzegarten is a retreat that offers space to work and relax at the same time. Located between Berlin and Hamburg, the house is nestled in the beautiful landscape of the Mecklenburg Lake District, surrounded by forests, meadows and a bathing lake within walking distance. 18 hotel rooms, eight flats, two workshop rooms, plus a restaurant with terrace, a work area with high-speed internet, a spa area, a playroom for the children and much more create a setting where everyone can find the space they need.

The St. Oberholz Retreat is part of the Berlin-based St. Oberholz Group: started 17 years ago with a coworking café in the heart of Berlin, the portfolio now includes numerous cafés and over 15,000 sqm of office and workshop space in Berlin and Brandenburg, as well as a consulting unit. As a "pioneer of new work", St. Oberholz is still a magnet for entrepreneurs and start-ups, but also for the neighbourhood, which meets for a good coffee in the St. Oberholz Café.
